- 1,5 hours stationary bike (39 km, level 6)

- 30 min elliptical

- around 25 min of foam rolling

- 20 x 3 min plank. lol that was fun, planking for 60 min in a day is definitely in the bucket list of things i must do before i die :p i did 4 sets before going to uni, 3 sets during break between lectures, then 13 sets after i got back from the gym. i wouldn’t be doing something like this ever again though, a total of 8-12 min a day is already sufficient for me. my abs is still burning now!
