- 2 hours stationary bike (52 km, level 6)

- 30 min elliptical

- 35 min strength exercises: 400 bicycle crunches, 100 leg lifts, 400 side plank lifts, 4x15 barbell curls (10 kg), 4x15 lateral pull down (25 kg), 4x20 barbell squat (10 kg)

- does carrying 4 huge textbooks from the uni bookshop to my apartment count as workout? lol my biceps were burning….

- pop pilates abominable abdominals (15 min) & upper body workout (10 min)
