- ran 11 km in 58:29. HORRIBLE. just plain horrible. i was so happy because everything seems to get better on monday BUT this morning my knee-itb was hurting again so i had to take it slow. also still a bit of pain on my shin, nothing compared to the knee-itb though. this is fcking frustrating, like seriously haven’t i suffered enough??! i just want to run again without any pain why is that too much to ask for?! ok /end rant/ i’ll make a separate post for my rant.

- 30 min foam rolling

- pop pilates weight loss (10 min) *err not bad but i don’t think this will help me to lose weight at all unless i do the video 4x* & summer slimdown (35 min) *love this one!*
