- 12 km run in 1:02:13 (5:11 min/km). woopp back to my “easy run” pace! :) that, indeed, felt easy. i still worked up quite a lot of sweat and breathing a bit hard, but definitely not like massively gasping for air all the way. i also didn’t feel any significant pain on my knees and shins this morning. i was planning to just run 10 km this morning, but then decided to add 5 laps on the track right after i finished running at princes park because i just miss track so bad!! i’m currently only allowed to run no more than every second day and no speed work/tempo run/fartlek and of course i’m not allowed tp go straight to running with my usual distance but hey that’s still way better than no running at all!
- 30 min foam rolling for everything on my legs. i’ve said this once and i’ll say it again… arrhhhh this hurts like hell -__-
- pop pilates muffin top meltdown (13 min) & inner thigh insanity (12 min). i think i’ll add pop pilates to my daily workout routine, it doesn’t use any weights so i can just do whatever videos i’m in the mood for and whenever i’m feeling like it at home.
